Costs
We believe in being completely open about our pricing, so there are no difficult conversations or surprises at an already tender time. The prices below cover everything for your pet's visit: our vet's time with you at home, gentle sedation, and the procedure itself, always unhurried. If you choose cremation, this is included in the combined prices shown. Payment is taken before the day of our visit, so that when we are with you, you can simply focus on being with your pet.
If anything is unclear, or your circumstances are unusual, please just ask; we are always happy to talk things through.
Pay Monthly Options
Spread the cost with PayItMonthly
We've partnered with PayItMonthly to give you a simple, flexible way to spread the cost of your purchase. PayItMonthly is a UK-based finance provider that lets you pay in interest-free monthly instalments: you can choose between 2 and 3 monthly payments, so there is no need to pay everything upfront. Applying is quick and straightforward, and agreements can be signed online in just a few minutes. PayItMonthly is a form of credit: you must be 18 or over and a UK resident, and all credit is subject to status and affordability checks.
Booking an appointment
We take time to speak with you before your appointment to discuss your pet's condition, answer any questions, and understand any special considerations. This allows us to tailor the visit to your family's needs. If speaking on the phone feels too difficult, you are very welcome to contact us by text or email, and we will respond as promptly as possible.
Payment is kindly requested at the time of booking by bank transfer or card. This allows us to prepare all necessary paperwork and, where applicable, make arrangements with the crematorium in advance.
We understand that circumstances can change, and you are under no obligation to keep a booked appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone rather than by text or email. This ensures we receive your request promptly and can confirm your cancellation without delay.

More than 24 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued. If payment was made by card, the refund will be less any non-refundable card processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Within 24 hours of the appointment (or once we have started travelling): A cancellation fee of £100 will apply to cover administration, preparation, and travel costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded, less any applicable card processing fees.

Within 6 hours of the appointment: No refund of the appointment fee will be available. However, if cremation has been arranged, all cremation fees will be refunded in full.
