3.1 The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not, and is not intended to be, veterinary advice specific to your pet.

3.2 Decisions about your pet's health, quality of life, and end-of-life care should always be made in consultation with a veterinary surgeon who has assessed your pet.

  1. Our Services

4.1 The Website describes the home euthanasia and cremation services we offer. Descriptions and prices shown on the Website are for guidance and do not constitute a binding offer.

4.2 A contract for our services is formed only when we confirm an appointment with you directly (by telephone, email, or in writing). Any services we provide are subject to our service terms, which will be made available to you at or before the time of booking.

4.3 All decisions regarding euthanasia remain subject to the professional judgement of the attending veterinary surgeon, in accordance with the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct. We reserve the right to decline to carry out a procedure where, in the veterinary surgeon's professional opinion, it would not be appropriate.

4.4 Prices for our services are as quoted at the time of booking. Where prices appear on the Website, we take care to ensure they are correct, but in the event of an error the price confirmed at booking applies.

4.5 Payment terms, cancellation arrangements, and cremation options (including individual and communal cremation, and return of ashes) will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Full details will be provided at the time of booking.
